Please review these terms before confirming your safari.
1. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed after GETPEACE SAFARIS & EXPERIENCE receives the agreed deposit and issues written confirmation.
2. Payments
Payment timelines and accepted payment methods will be stated in your quotation or invoice.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation charges may apply according to the date of cancellation and commitments already made to hotels, parks, transport providers and other suppliers.
4. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, vaccination documents and other entry requirements.
5. Changes and Force Majeure
Routes, accommodation or activities may be adjusted where safety, weather, park regulations or events outside our control make changes necessary.
6. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the traveler accepts the final quotation, itinerary and applicable policies.
