Cancellation Policy
Final cancellation terms are confirmed in each quotation.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date the request is received.
Supplier Commitments
Refunds may be reduced by non-refundable park fees, permits, accommodation, flights, transport or supplier charges already paid.
Client Changes
Requested changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
Company Changes
If an essential change is required, we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and medical cover, is strongly recommended.
